In the Group restructuring process that led to the emergence of ESPHERA CAPITAL, one of the immediate objectives was to develop the concept of an investment company and reinforce the idea of a group of companies with shared interests and synergies.
In addition to the interests identified for each of the clusters,  ESPHERA currently has an internal structure with various professional departments and various areas of expertise that support the various Group companies, creating synergies but also allowing for the transfer of knowledge and good practice between companies.

Backed by the strategic guidelines laid down by the Board of Directors, Esphera Shared Services allows for the broadening of expertise and the reduction of costs in Group companies. In a global perspective, it increases competitiveness and the ability to respond to challenges, as well as strengthening the common policy and strategy.
